We collect Metadata. This means we count that a prompt was sent and calculate roughly how long the AI's response was. This allows us to map the data to published water consumption metrics. We absolutely do not collect the text, images, or files you upload to any AI service.

Where is my history stored? +

In your browser's Local Storage. This is a private, sandboxed folder on your own computer's hard drive. If you uninstall the extension, your water tracking history is deleted forever.

Why do you ask for "Host Permissions"? +

To count your prompts, the extension needs permission to "wake up" on the specific AI websites you visit (like ChatGPT or Gemini). We strictly limit this to only the AI sites we track. The extension remains completely inactive on every other website you visit.
